The EMEA Region has difficulty seeing their top line Year to Date figures which look at both Shipped and Open Orders. This report will provide a view at various levels which will enable better monitoring of the overall Sales Performance at various levels which focus on the product.

Functional Requirement

1. Need to create multiple groups based on NEC requirement.
2. Need to apply dynamic grouping in the report.
3. Need to show all Regions Year to Date values of Shipped, Open, Total, Last Year, Variance and Coverage percentage on First page of the report.
4. Need to show Regionwise YTD values of Shipped, Open, Total, Last Year, Variance and Coverage percentage on Second page of the report.
5. Need to show the YTD values of Shipped, Open, Total, Last Year, Variance and Coverage percentage values for respective Groups.
6. Need to convert the currency values using Parameters in Crystal Designer.
7. Need to show the Top N customers using Parameter in Crystal Designer.
8. Need to apply dynamic Grouping for limited Regions.

1. Need to Start changes for the Multiprovider source and query.
2. Need to create Groupings in the report and apply dynamic grouping as per requirement.
3. Need to show total values in Crystal Report first page.
4. Need to create Group based on Region field and will show that value in second page of the report.

6. Need to show the respective values in the respective group level in Crosstab.
7. Need to create a Parameter to convert the currency by NEC.

Solution Details

1. Need to Start changes for the Multiprovider source and query.
2. Need to create Groupings in the report and apply dynamic grouping as below:
3. Need to show total values in Crystal Report first page for that we need to insert the Crosstab on the Report's page header.
4. Need to create first Group based on Region field and will show the values on second page of the report.
5. Need to apply drilldown for the sub groups and need to include the Crosstab with the required fields in the respective group levels.
6. Need to show the respective values in the respective group level in Crosstab.
7. Need to create Currency Conversion Parameter to convert the currency by NEC with the following currencies:
